General Information

There is no overall $ minimum! Each item has its own minimum quantity. As long as you order that minimum quantity, there are no other minimums or service charges.

PAYMENT

The deposit (50% of total cost) is due at the time of booking and authorizes Can You Do Me A Favor, Inc. to reserve selected favor/gifts in the quantity requested by contracting party. The deposit is applied toward the total cost of order. Can You Do Me A Favor, Inc accepts checks and cash only for deposits and final payment.

The final payment is due at the time that the favors/gifts are delivered to the contracting party. Favors/Gifts will not be released until payment has been received in full.

As the selected favor/gifts by contracting party will be specifically reserved for contracting party; cancellation, change of date or any other reasons, after the signing of this agreement that would enable contracting party to receive the full quantity of selected favors/gifts will constitute a forfeiture of full deposit.

FREIGHT

We ship via UPS Ground Service, to any USA or Canadian address that is serviced by UPS. There will be a $15 service charge for shipments to Canada or Puerto Rico to cover the cost of extra paperwork involved in these shipments. We do not ship outside of the USA or Canada.

DAMAGES

Although we try to pack each item carefully for shipping, some occasional damage is inevitable. We will issue credit or send you replacements, but please allow enough time to receive the replacements via UPS ground service.

All damage or shortage claims must be made within 7 days of receiving the merchandise. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS.

PRICE CHANGES

In the event of a price change, the price in effect at the time you place the order will prevail.
